OR

i have heard these phrases before - usually in context of weather developments but what's truly funny is that people - no matter which state you live in - believe that these phrases are true for their state....

I've heard it in the following states (so far):

• Texas
• Massachusetts
• North Carolina
• Kaua'i (which, to me, those phrases are fact)
• Virginia
• Florida
• California
• Colorado
