there are many things wrong

sadly, there are too many things wrong with dealing with city hall that all i want to say is in the title...

just my not-so-random thought for today..

there are processes all over the place..there is a process to do most anything - and without it there is chaos.

Another description for chaos could be the "process" of obtaining a permit from the city by a homeowner...
